Baby Jasper was born on February 11th and we are just in awe of him. The love I have for this baby boy is just so intense. As a first time mom I spent way to much time on TikTok following all the videos that tell you what you will need for baby. Here is a blog post of everything we are using on the daily that are making our lives so much easier.

2. Hatch Sound Machine - I love this little machine, it brightens up the room enough for middle of the night feeds and diaper changes and my little guy loves the soothing sounds. They even made a newer version that is portable so if I could I would have gotten that one instead.
3. Halo Sleep Sack - Everyone who knows me knows I am a sucker for Panda things but this swaddle is literally the best and it is what Jasper wears every night when he sleeps in his bassinet. You can wrap baby's arms in the swaddle or have them out so it is so versatile and super soft!
4. Frida Peri Bottle and Always Discreet Women Diapers - Even though I had a C-Section I still found the Frida bottle to be very useful especially the first couple of days and it is way better than the one the hospital gives you. I specifically liked these diapers because they were high waisted so they didn't rub against your C-section scar.
5. Munchkin Wipes Warmer - this may seem unnecessary but when you have a child who you just got to fall asleep suddenly poop in their diaper, a warm wipe keeps them from waking up completely and screaming bloody murder.
6. Muslim Burp Cloths - I kept seeing people say even if you think you have enough burp cloths, YOU DON'T. I ended up only getting one pack before baby was born and that was a total mistake! I have bought two more packs since and honestly probably need to get another one. You use these so often especially when your child loves to spit up and you can only do so much laundry in a day. I also purchased different colors so I know the blue cloths go to the diaper caddy in Malik's Man Cave, green cloths are for the nursery, teal cloths are for the main floor diaper station.
7. Graco Swing - This swing is the only reason I am able to wash baby bottles, cook dinner, and tidy up my house. Jasper absolutely loves it and it even plays music which is awesome!
8. Snot Sucker - Jasper was SO STUFFY since he was a C-section baby and this thing helped so much and allowed him to breathe a lot easier!
