Pregnancy Brain clearly got the best of me because I swear I posted this blog months ago, only to see it in my drafts folder today!
If I am being honest I did not love being pregnant. I am not the kind of person to take things easy and slow down so when I was pregnant I would basically work my body hard all day with work, cleaning the house, and errands and such and then I would pay for it at the end of the day and have to lie on a heating pad for hours.
One thing I did like about being pregnant was being able to try new maternity ideas that I have been wanting to do and taking these self portraits. It was so nice to dress up and actually do my hair and makeup for once. Granted it took A LOT longer to get these shots because I was running back and forth between my camera on the tripod and then where I was suppose to stand but it was so worth it, and it gave me photos to post while on Maternity leave. However I highly recommend hiring someone else to take your maternity photos, it will save you a lot of time and sweat, TRUST ME!
