If you don't already know, I am a total sucker for babies with a full head of hair! I think they are the cutest thing in the world and their hair seriously fascinates me. This baby girl's hair definitely did not disappoint and I had so much fun changing the headbands and bonnets during her session.
When you book a newborn session with Meagan Paige Photography, we will start with family photos. This way once they are done, you can just relax and marvel at how cute your baby is in all the little props. Family photos consist of photos of just baby and mom, dad and baby, sibling photos (if applicable), and then photos of the whole family together. This way everyone gets their own photo with the newest addition.
Once those photos are done, we move on to just baby photos. I like to do around 3 props, photos on my beanbag with a blanket color of your choice, photos on the fluffy flokati, and the macro shots. The prop selection we went with during this session is the floral hoop, the red apple, and the heart bowl. For the flokati, we chose the simple creme one which I always love because it really emphasizes the focus on your baby. Then for the beanbag, we did the pink butterfly blanket that I have (see the last photo).
In order to get a bunch of different looks, we select one outfit for your baby to wear, multiple wraps with headbands/bonnets to match, and then we will end with any naked baby photos, just in case!

I recommend booking your newborn session when you are in your second trimester so then it is done and one less thing to do when the baby arrives.
