There’s something so heartwarming about a Daddy & Me session — the way dads interact with their little ones is filled with pure love, laughter, and those unforgettable candid moments. Recently, I had the joy of photographing Tom with his two-year-old son, Myles, and it was an afternoon I won’t forget.

At just two years old, Myles is full of energy, curiosity, and the sweetest little personality. We documented it all — from giggles during playful tickles and flying high in dad’s arms to those sweet, quiet snuggles that revealed just how special their bond is.

These are the kinds of images that go beyond a family portrait — they become memories that Tom and Myles will look back on years from now and instantly be transported to this stage of life.

We kept this session relaxed and playful, letting Myles take the lead. At this age, toddlers have such a short attention span, so instead of posing, I focused on encouraging natural interactions. The giggles, the running around, and the way Myles’ face lit up while being with his dad made for the most genuine photos.

Tom’s love for Myles was evident in every shot — from the way he looked at him to the way he held him close. These are the photos Myles will treasure when he’s older, reminders of just how much his dad adored him.
