What does a Newborn Session with Meagan Paige Photography look like?

Hey Everyone!!

I just wanted to show you what each of my Newborn Sessions looks like so you can get a better idea of which one is a better fit for you! I know when it comes to picking a newborn photographer there are a lot of options to choose from. All of these photo examples of these sessions are just brief examples. When you get your full gallery where you get to choose the digitals you want, there are about 50+ photos for you to choose from. You will have lots of different angles and posing in each setup. It is safe to say regardless of what package you pick, we will get gorgeous, timeless photos of the newest addition to your family.



Right now due to Covid, regardless of what session you choose, masks will need to be worn at all times (other than when you are being photographed). For studio sessions, we will do family/sibling photos first so after that one parent and the siblings can leave while baby is getting their photos done. All surfaces in my studio are sanitized before each session, and all fabrics are washed.

Studio Newborn Session - Meagan Paige Photography - Calgary, AB

NEWBORN SESSION AT MY STUDIO (ABOVE^)

This includes:

- 2-3 Hours of Session Time - Use of all studio props, blankets, and backdrops

- Baby, Sibling, and Family Photos Included - Print Release

This is my most popular package because you get full access to all of my props and backdrops in my studio. This package includes family and sibling photos so you can get everyone photographed all at once. I do these family photos first so if your husband wants to take the other kids back home after they are done, that is an option. Then we can just focus on just baby for the rest of the session. For my Studio Newborn Sessions, I have my clients pick one outfit they want to use and then one animal outfit if they want to use one of those as well. I do about 3-4 prop setups with the baby all wrapped up in different wraps and styles. Then we end the session with the baby on my beanbag where we photograph him/her in their cute outfit, nude, and in the animal outfit as well.

NEWBORN SESSION AT A CLIENT'S HOME (ABOVE^)

This includes:

- 2 Hours of Session Time - More of a Lifestyle session (photos in the nursery, bedroom, etc)

- Baby, Sibling, and Family Photos Included

- No props just natural photos in your home - Print Release

This session is more of a lifestyle session. We take photos of your baby in their nursery, your bedroom, living room, or any other room in your home that you love. It is a less posed kind of session and more natural. Mainly just you cuddling your baby and taking it all in. I can do some naked baby posing during these sessions if you want. The only props I bring to this type of session is a bowl, flokati rug, and then a couple of wraps and headbands. If you want full access to all my props, baby outfits, and backdrops you will need to book a Studio Newborn session.
