Booking is simple! Just contact me on my Contact Page (/contact)and I will send you all the details. To reserve your session, a $250 session fee + GST is required. This secures your date in my calendar. Digital Collections and Prints are sold separately. Once booked, I’ll guide you through the planning process including: • Styling guidance • Access to the client wardrobe • Session preparation tips • Scheduling your ordering appointment Sessions are typically booked several weeks or months in advance, especially for newborn sessions.

The session fee covers the experience of the session, but images are purchased separately. About one week after your session, we will meet for your ordering appointment, where you will view your fully edited gallery and choose the images you love. Digital image collections start at $650, with most families investing $1,500–$2,000 in their final images and artwork. This flexible approach allows you to purchase only the images you truly love.

Newborn sessions are best booked during the beginning of your second trimester to ensure availability. Your session will be scheduled based on your due date, and once baby arrives we will finalize the exact session date. Newborn sessions are typically photographed when baby is 7–14 days old for those sleepy, curled poses.

I provide styling guidance for every session to make the process easy. This will be sent to you after you book your photoshoot. For maternity sessions, you’ll have access to my client wardrobe of over 50 gowns, carefully selected to photograph beautifully. For newborn and milestone sessions, I provide wraps, outfits, headbands, and styling pieces so you don’t need to bring anything unless you’d like to include a special item.

Session times vary depending on the type of session: • Newborn sessions: 2–3 hours • Maternity sessions: 45–60 minutes • Family sessions: 45–60 minutes • Milestone sessions: about 30 minutes • Cake smash sessions: about 45-60 minutes I always allow plenty of time so the session feels relaxed and baby-led.

Yes! Family and sibling images are always welcome in full sessions. For certain mini sessions, images may be baby or child only, depending on the setup. Details are always listed before booking.

Your ordering appointment takes place about one week after your session, where you will view your fully edited gallery and select the images you would like to purchase. Once your images are selected, your professionally retouched digital collection will be delivered within 1–2 weeks. Any print products or heirloom artwork typically arrive within 4–6 weeks, depending on the product ordered.
